No ministry can go far without a strong and committed team - and Next Wave International certainly has one! This year, we congratulated our Leadership Events Director Marian King on her marriage to Christer Edeborg and we welcomed Dean Worth from Australia as our Internet Director. Tina and Rene Meyer worked hard again heading up the production team for TV and, of course, Mal and Davina continued to lead with passion. Many other people were involved as co-workers and volunteers in various corners of Europe. Mal says, 'We owe a lot to our team. Most of them raise their own financial support, which is a huge step of faith, especially considering the cost of living in Europe. I know that everyone who works with us is going to reap big-time in the Lord. There is no favour without sacrifice!'
