Delivery Policy
We do our best to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being placed, subject to product availability. If you are purchasing something in our webshop (other than downloadable e-books or audio/video files), please allow 10 working days for delivery, if you are resident in the UK or Europe.
If you are resident outside the UK or Europe, please allow a further 5 working days for delivery*. If you have not received your order within these stated times, please contact our resource centre stating your name, address and order details: office@nextwaveonline.com.
(*Note: We cannot guarantee the delivery time on any orders outside of the UK.)
Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day no quibble returns period for physical items purchased on our website, starting on the day you receive the item(s). All physical items should be returned to us in a resalable condition. Refunds, minus the delivery cost, will be processed within 30 days. We are unable to give a refund for returned items received outside the 14-day period unless agreed with us in writing.
To request a refund and organise a return please contact: office@nextwaveonline.com. Please include details of the item(s) and the reason for your request.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on digital purchases (ie ebooks), however if you encounter a problem installing or using one of our digital products please contact us via: office@nextwaveonline.com.
For donations, we offer a full refund if requested up to 14 days after the donation has been received by us.
Payment Policy
For resources purchased on our website we accept online payment by debit/credit cards via Paypal.
For donations via our website, we accept debit/credit cards via PayPal, cheques (UK only) and direct bank transfers (contact our office for details: office@nextwaveonline.com). Sorry, we do not accept cheques or bank transfers for purchases.
For donations made by telephone, we accept most major debit/credit cards and process payments using PayPal's secure Virtual Terminal service.
Privacy Policy
We will not store your credit card details unless you have pledged a regular (e.g. monthly) donation. These will be used only in accordance with your stated instructions and according to UK law.
Your contact information will not be shared with any other party.
