Throughout history, pioneer innovators have pushed into new territory, opening up new vistas for other leaders to explore and impact.

During a recent telephone interview with Vision Radio (UCB) in Australia, Mal Fletcher shared some of his experience being a pioneer innovator - particularly events surrounding his move to Europe in the mid-90s.

There are some powerful lessons here for anyone who aspires to 'go beyond', to move past the status quo and establish something new, where it's not been done before.
