Kids as Parents - Radio Interview

Added 06 March 2009 View full list    Print version
Britain was shocked recently to learn that a 13-year-old boy and 15 year-old girl have become parents.

In a thought-provoking interview on England's Cross Rhythms radio, Mal Fletcher looked at some of the key issues to arise from this story.

What role does the media play in situations like this? Is celebrity culture involved? Will other teens follow suit?

I'm a radio announcer in Australia and used your daily readings in my afternoon show. The number of people who rang in & commented or went to your website after listening always encouraged me.
