RockNations Lives Up To Its Name
VideoPhone Clip (.mov)
The RockNations conference in Bradford, UK, lived up to its name this month.
Young people came together from across the UK and a number of other European nations for a unique music and ministry extravaganza.
Mal Fletcher as one of the featured speakers at the event, along with Matthew Barnett of Dream Center, USA and Steve Gambil, the founder and host of RockNations.
The event, now in its sixth year, is hosted by Abundant Life Centre, Bradford, which is one of Britain's most progressive and successful churches.
After the event, Mal Fletcher said: 'RockNations already pulls together more than 2000 young people and leaders, but it has the feel of an event which is destined for much bigger things.'
'Speaking here, I had the feeling that we were investing into something that will grow to have significant influence in Britain and, I pray, in Europe as a whole.'
'Steve Gambil is building a very strong team, who are obviously dedicated to the vision. He is passionate about resourcing local church youth ministries, rather than just building another "event"; which I really appreciate. That's the key to success long-term.'
The event featured bands from a variety of musical genres, ranging from raw rock, to rap, to metal.
